The evidence may be clear or not clear without arguments. I'm not going to assert either way right now.
But as for the listening type - why do you take the stance, that if evidence is clear, there would be no need to listen. Perhaps the only reason why it remains unclear is because people don't listen.

The Quran says to bring your proof if you are truthful not only for your creed, but for anything you attribute of God of rituals let alone laws that are a matter of safety and fear of people.
Everything is to be informed by knowledge. Nothing is allowed to be asserted and commanded to others without proof, and we are taught to call people to the creed and teach what we know of the book.
I'm not sure why you take this stance that people can command others or push or attract others or call others or testify something important pertaining to humans, without proof.
This is the problem with humans, everyone following their desires, with no proof, and without council to one another learning from one another of what each discovers of proofs.
Laws cannot be attributed to God without proof. Not just laws, but even rituals. Let alone a whole religion to God without proof.

True, but then it just becomes "I have proofs" "no you dont" "I analyzed the proofs properly" "No I did" which is childish.
Every person of every religion worldwide thinks they picked the correct sect of the one true religion. So what, that is not evidence of anything but that people fall for old mythology.
