+1 with rap. I mean, it does take some talent to rapid fire rhyme in order to generate a coherent story, but it's just so boring to me because it's usually the same sampled rhythm repeating for 3.5 minutes with the performer never changing the pitch or volume of what they're saying. There's nothing dynamic about it, or interesting in terms of actual sound. I just don't get the appeal.
My mom, who turns 70 in a couple weeks, doesn't distinguish texting and emailing. And it's dismaying because she's used a computer for 30+ years. It's not like she's computer illiterate. But she'll say "Did you get that email I sent you?" when she means 'text' and vice versa.
I have to admit, I don't get binge watching. Do people really just sit around and watch 3, 4, 5 hours of a streamed show at a time?
