This is true, it's actually true given one condition, if we approach unjustly, it will increase us in nothing but loss.
But if we are sincere, reflect, and strive on our part, it will unravel.
As I was extremely hasty and imposed my own understanding, I ended up with 40 problems with Quran and even more then that.
But when I took another look and started understanding language, and not imposing ignorance on it, and not relying on clergy, wonders began to open up for me.
And I would read Quran sometimes in the morning in awe, and I would disbelieve in the night looking for excuses to disbelieve.
And vice versa...
And I was wavering from one stance to the other, for a long time, without jumping ship (for about two years).
But then when things clicked it, they clicked.
