That is akin to saying you can't love what you love which is meaningless. You definitely will what you will, and impact future will by what you willed in the past, and will grows depending on us.

No it isn't.
In fact if you have to use will power to curb your baser desires then you aren't that good, for example.:
Some one looks at a lot of young girls and wants to whisk them off to torture and abuse them, but uses his will power to resist.
A man looks at some girls and does not have those desires.
The non-rapey one is more "good", "gooder" whatever, you get my point.
Therefore will power is not needed to be good therefore god does not exist.
I'm not sure what to make of this but just to say to hold on when I clarify each premise and reason, you will get what I mean.
