I always knew that atheists believe in miracles FM.

Here I got a small list of atheists miracles but the list is endless.  

1) Life come from non life.
2) The consciousness is a product of the brain.
3) When the body die also the consciousness die.
4) Physical science is the real McCoy.

and.....................blah,.........blah,........blah,...........

But don't worry too much brother FM because once you get out the corral of dogmas   you too will be able to see the light.
The light that allow a blind person to see for the first time ever.  

Okay, first of all you are listing the positions of materialists or naturalists rather than atheists.  I know a few people who don't believe in God who are still spiritualists.

Sorry Thor but you can not be a spiritualist and not believing in God.  
That is impossible.
Once you engage in spirituality and here I mean in the real spirituality you understand that within there is God.
God doesn't reside up in the heaven as some religions say but reside within and spirituality is none but the effort of finding this out.
All the rest is not spirituality.  

Second, you are listing such positions inaccurately.

I don't think so but let us see your points first.  

1) We know life comes from non-life because the carbon atoms in your body, for instance, are exactly the same as non-living carbon atoms.  Life comes from the complex interactions of non-living materials.  Nothing about life violates the laws of physics.

Sorry Thor but there is no such a thing as non-living carbon atoms.

Carbon atoms have six protons and (usually) six neutrons in the nucleus, and six electrons going around the outside.
This means that life is in there.
Non life does not move or be active in any way so obviously carbon atoms have life in them.  

2) Consciousness is a process of the brain.  It is an emergent property of a complex arrangement of matter, just like life is.

That is a load of garbage Thor.  

Consciousness is an abstract entity while the brain is not so the two have totally different forms.
Consciousness use the brain to draw energy from it in order to think and organize things as a driver would use a vehicle to move.
If you really think that........Consciousness is a process of the brain........then you can also think that the driver is a process of the vehicle.
That is pure madness and insanity Thor.  

3) Bodies do die.  Does consciousness?  I would say, rather, that consciousness disappears, since consciousness is a process rather than a being.  So for instance, if your computer malfunctions, the screen may go dark.  But if you fix the computer, it will work again.  The only difference is that the physical components of the body degrade very quickly when the system isn't working, so you only have a short time to fix them.

Consciousness is NOT a process.
Consciousness is you.
YOU.
NDEs already proved that as the body die the consciousness separate from the body-brain in order to continue her journey as you would separate from your dead vehicle.
Why would you reside inside a wreck or die when your vehicle doesn't go anymore?   

4) Physical science is a detailed description of reality that works.  It depends on observations rather than speculations.

First of all Thor you should know what the reality is before you engage in speculations.
Physical science try to understand physical phenomena but everything in this universe move and change so what is valid today most of time will be cast in the rubbish bin tomorrow to leave space for a new discovery and this process goes on and on for ever with no end in sight.

The reality is a different story Thor.
The reality is UNCHANGEABLE and to know this real reality physical science is not of any use.  

It's best to avoid strawman arguments.  There's nothing miraculous about materialism if you know the details.  It's just the way the world works.

Atheists keep on talking and talking about matter but humans and everybody and everything else are not only made of matter.

If we would only be made of matter we wouldn't have any consciousness.
We wouldn't even be close to robot.
We would be nothing but we are US because beside matter we also have consciousness which is something that materialists fail to understand.
