It (that site) looks like it is filled with information. They say they've been around a long time, wow. I actually discovered a site about spells, and Wicca...and it's very helpful. I personally like incantations, as I'm a little lazy, and gathering different kinds of ''ingredients'' and ''items'' for a spell requires some planning. 
haha! There are some simpler spells, though. The real power comes from our intentions and what or ''who'' we might be invoking. I believe in God, consider myself spiritual, so invoking God comes more natural to me.
