Strawman, as drivers and cars are shown to exist apart from each other. Just as one may be described as a carpenter even when not in the act of crafting something out of wood, one may be described as a driver even when there isn't a car in sight. No one has ever observed a mind without a brain.
The likelihood of the mind surviving the destruction of the brain is exactly equal to 70mph surviving the wreck of the car.
