Thanks for posting that, johan. I have a feeling that the divorce rate is lower among atheist couples because they marry for the right reasons, more so than say evangelical Christians (who have a high divorce rate all things being equal) who marry because they feel ''it's God's will,'' or ''this is God's mate for me,'' or they haven't had sex yet, and they rush into marriages to do so, because they don't believe in sex outside of marriage. Of course I know Christian couples with successful marriages out there, but it's honestly a myth that the Christian community puts out there that if you are Christian, your marriage will last.
Pentecostals aren't precisely Evangelicals, but they're pretty much the same thing, except they believe in more holy spirit hoo-ha. In my experience, if you aren't married or have never been, you aren't as accepted among them.
