Well the age of scripture is irrelevant to its truthfulness. The only revelation we are given concerning the supernatural is what God has revealed to us in scripture, so I appeal to it when it comes to matters of the supernatural, I know that dogs do not have souls because scriptures says only humans have souls.

Well Luke was both a medical doctor and a historian and Paul was extremely educated, but hey if you don’t know anything about the writers of scripture just make an assertion anyways right? By appealing to scripture I am actually appealing to the infallible word of God.
