It depends entirely on the people.
With all customers, I'm 100% professional. I wouldn't want a nice female customer thinking I'm some perv or whatever... (I only perv when I know no-one's looking!)

I don't think I've ever kissed both cheeks ... Well I have but that's another story Naughty
