How Do You Greet People?

[Little lunch]

If I don't know the person, I say, 'Hi, how are ya going' or 'G'day mate, how are ya'.
If I do know the person, I say, 'Hey man, how are ya going'.
If I have to hug a woman, like a cousin or old friend I haven't seen for a while, I do it side on so as not to accidentally touch their tits.
Men, I just shake hands and maybe touch my shoulder to theirs and pat their back a bit.
