"Oh my god I drink 4 cups a day! Can't get through without my cup o' joe hahaha!" It's not cute Karen, you have a substance abuse problem, seek help.
I'm really sensitive to caffeine and won't have more than a single small coffee in the morning when I get up if I have a busy day ahead. I actually really like coffee now. But because I am so sensitive to it and it does disturb my sleep, I can easily get addicted to it. I notice that it also makes me more nervous as well. Which is a shame because I have been using cannabis to learn to chill out. I find cannabis far less addictive than coffee or alcohol.
Considering my history with much stronger stimulants, one would think i could develop a caffeine addiction. But for a year now I've only drank it 3 or 4 times per week.
Agreed about cannabis. I think it is addictive in some ways, but night and day compared to other substances.
