I do a version of the warrior diet, I don't eat until dinner time I just carry around a jug of water all day and then at dinner I eat regularly, no need to count calories. Dropped 20 pounds in a month, then once you reach your desired weight you can be less intense with the fasting and just maintain. It is hard for the first week but then you just get used to it and it becomes routine, for anyone who struggles with weight loss this is guaranteed to work.
Isn't the peak for eating is lunch. Food needs to be processed for many hours and digestion while sleeping, I think, is worse then digestion in the middle of the day. I have breakfast or lunch and before I go sleep I'm already done with digestion. Anyway, I feel awesome with eating only lunch.
