GENOCIDAL - Ok wich is worse, burning your children in fire to a false god, or a God who shows amazing miracles like parting the red sea and says, unless you stop killing innocents, I will wipe you out to prevent further atrocities.

CRULE - Do you know God never actually implemented the harsh penalties like stoning it was only a threat to keep people from harm. Samual the prophet of God let David live after comitting adultery. Jesus did not demand a woman be put to death who comitted adultery, he freed her. Joseph was said to be a just man, i.e. righteous because he did not demand Mary be put to death when it was found she was pregnant.

VINDICTIVE, PETTY - He gave many warnings against idoletry but they were always on the provision that if people turned from sin they would be pardoned. Which in those days was idol worship which often demanded child sacrifices. Again from the wiki page above.
