According to the patients testimony, she was outside her body and able to observe the surgery and recount conversation between the staff, this is DURING the time the brain was not functioning as corroborated by the surgical staff.
I've been through this case with a Mormon user a while back. I took the time to read several things he/she submitted as evidence. Nothing was conclusive.

I think this boils down to what you find personally convincing, Huggy. Some people are convinced that aliens are visiting our planet after seeing a photo of a blurry dot. Not me. I need something more substantial to conclude that an extraordinary thing has happened.
