Is there any legitimacy to accupuncture?

Acupuncture is an old science several thousand years old.
In those times the human nervous system was different.
Any science need a change over time.
What was good in the far past may not be good today unless it is updated which is something that hasn't happened that is why acupuncture these days is ineffective.

Occupuncture has apparently just achieved such a lofty standard of bogusness that Rik would embrace it.
