New Member, Long Time Atheist

I am Norm. I am 68, an atheist, divorced with three kids*, and I've been on BB's since around 1999, and was a Moderator on the late lamented Internet Infidels Forum back in the very early 2000's before it lost its way, have been an Admin on a Philatelic Board for the past 8 years and am an active member on International Skeptics Forum. I discovered this place through quotes on FSTDT.
Forums appear to be a dying art form in recent years due to other Media taking over chat, but less so taking over intelligent discussion (yes, I'm talking to you Facebook and Twitter), so it is nice to see an an active thriving Board. My hobbies and interests since retirement in 2001 are Philately, Film, Cricket, Australian Rules (Go Cats), discussing Religion, Biological Evolution, and of course any of the interests I have already listed.
I do tend to be somewhat verbose, so please don't hold that against me. Thanks for having me here.
