I have no influence on laws or public policies at this current point in time. I'm not letting or making anyone do anything. This seems like more of a strange type of high horse tactic than a genuine attempt to get someone to see why apathy is possibly harmful. I'd work on the delivery of that argument if I were you.

If nobody should care, then the right position is to tell those who are insecure to fuck off.
