Although this was not directed to me, I think the decision was reasonable and the mod already told you why it was moved.
Likewise, I didn't find anything in the article saying that the shooting of the police was influenced by religion or by fairy tales. I think you are only making this connection in your own head. Also, I don't know what was the reason for posting a long screenshot of all the replies in the previous page. We can already see them the way they are.

That is only a small description of the "Off topic" section.
Members can make threads in the this section about all kinds of things which they think do not fit well in the other sections. Therefore, it is not exclusively for light-hearted discussions.
