Oh? Then why don't we have all the documents, and why did we have to depend on a partisan lawyer for the ones we do have?
My point was that his confirmation process has not been "rushed." The fact is that we have the separation of powers, and the executive branch has claimed executive privilege on some of the documents, nothing can be done about it. He's already turned over more documents and answered more questions than all other SCOTUS nominees combined. That's fact.
