My point was that his confirmation process has not been "rushed." The fact is that we have the separation of powers, and the executive branch has claimed executive privilege on some of the documents, nothing can be done about it. He's already turned over more documents and answered more questions than all other SCOTUS nominees combined. That's fact.
But is the percentage of documents turned over to documents that exist as high as other SCOTUS nominees?
