In all honesty, I think 20 or 30 years of proper behavior does indeed warrant consideration. Maybe people change their lives because they sincerely regret something they did in the past and they want to be a part of change. It can be argued that a reformed person can have a very unique and valuable perspective.
Except that Kavanaugh is not that person. It's looking like this was not an isolated case with Dr. Ford and Kavanaugh has no problem lying under oath, and completely disrespecting the process used to confirm SCOTUS nominees. His mannerisms are the furthest thing from a Judicial temperament, his sense of entitlement is disgusting.
This good ol' boys club bullshit needs to be stopped once and for all.
