If you have smart people debating on whether or not the accused man should be sentenced to death it simply means he shouldn't be sentenced to death. He was executed yesterday and needless to say I'm done with the US justice system. They had calls coming in from everywhere to stop the execution, but the only thing it did was give him a few extra hours. The court is supposed to represent the citizens and it definitely has failed to do that. Another thing that just pisses me off is that racism and prejudice motivated a role in the case, just like the ScottsBoro Trials. It's the racist bigots and the justice systems fault on this one, just like all the rest. How does taking another mans life for a crime he did or didn't commit justify the death sentence?
After all the controversy surrounding this issue on NOT to kill him, they go ahead anyway and execute him, just goes to show how well the justice system works. We didn't see anything substantial happen to Casey Anthony now did we?

Religion is like a Penis, you shouldn't whip it out in public and you shouldn't shove it down your child's throat.
