Good for you, and in fairness If have only met a small number of your brethren and every single one has been "nice".
And that is the problem. Everyone has edges to their person. That's who we humans are. UU tries to pretend that no edges exist.
That does not conform with reality.
IDK if UU tries to pretend no edges exist. I have the feeling if the UUists you met had bad attitudes instead, you'd be posting like "Man, what a bunch of assholes those guys are!"
There are so many annoying fucking jerks in my life, I never fault people for being nice. But that's just me. I'm not pretending assholes don't exist or anything. I just appreciate those who take a different route.
It also doesn't conform to reality to assume everyone is some kind of asshole.
