The temperature seems perfect their for my MS, also Canada is not a stranger to the sickness. Also both are distant from the corruption of Arab governments, I can pretty much talk there without finding criticism for my views.

Having MS in Saudi Arabia sounds like a horror novel. I'm sorry you have so much on your plate.
Honestly, it's a horror story with you playing the zombie. The heat literally turn you into one. The heat and the poor psychological state are just the perfect mix to worsen your MS.
I tried to leave but I failed. Read about it a lot after finding that I am reaching a blocked road in here.
