We already live in a country with mandatory vaccinations. Unless you don't want your kids receiving an education. Vaccinations or rights? We have rights or we don't? I'm not really sure that those are the only choices.
There's nothing here that even remotely violates our current understanding of "rights". My rights end where your nose begins yes? Deciding to become a potential host for a virus we would like to take a crack at eliminating is crossing that line in front of your nose. I am putting you at risk, without your consent (or even your knowledge). I don't see vaccinations as sissy hand-holding. It's common sense. I'm sure I won't get any disagreement that sometimes people don't leverage that common sense and they need to be reminded, especially when the rest of us are involved. Just attach it to middle school attendance. Done deal. (Or High School, can't remember, is it 10 yr?) Sex is day-to-day contact. 247 births a minute (and those are just the successful attempts).

I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
