It's a rental car. Who knows what else has been in it, whether someone bled in it at some point, someone put something bloody in there at some point, etc.
The "15 out of 19" DNA components found were not "unique to her" according to the British forensic scientist. That means that at best, the DNA can't be conclusively stated as hers. At worst (for you and your conspiracy), it could be someone else's DNA entirely.
If you honestly can't think of another explanation, then you are being entirely closed minded, which is typical of conspiracy theorists. You start at a conclusion and try and fit the facts to meet it, which is the opposite of how science and investigations in general work.

Since they just tried to play down the whole thing and offered nothing, I’m going with definite conspiracy.
This is hilarious. You don't trust the McCanns statements when they go against your conspiracy, but you trust them when they help it. Perhaps the McCanns didn't realize there was something that had her DNA on it in the back of the car? You ever think of that scenario, rather that assuming they are just lying to the police? No, of course not, because that would ruin your conspiracy and leave room for some doubt.
Of course, all of this is null and void because as I've shown, the DNA in the back of the car could not be conclusively identified as Maddie's.
