That's generally agreed on, yes. Aside from the most basic description, you could have a wide variety of different answers. Usually a god is a Humanoid being that's more powerful than us. Anywhere from "Able to trounce you, but also being able to die" to "Omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent". Sometimes a god is just "The universe", and other abstract concepts. We don't know for sure.
