It doesn't take the situation into account - that a bunch of angry people were trying to physically tear down the border barrier and enter the country. It fails to take into account that those stupid cunts BROUGHT KIDS into what they KNEW would be a potentially lethal situation.
It fails to take into account that the media LOVES these " scenes of injustice" made to keep the viewer glued to the screen. So they play the " women and children fleeing" portion over and over - omitting the CAUSE of the use of tear gas.
The border agents used NON LETHAL force to stop the situation.
I don't know what the ROE are for border agents - but based on previous shootings - I' m guessing lethal force was probably authorized. Were this the case - great restraint was shown.
