To put it in terms so simple even creationists can understand, but won’t because they are losers:

Intelligence is not a thing.  It is but a crude and arbitrary grouping of a tiny subset of natural and spontaneous behaviors seen amongst constitutes of the universe.

Therefore to say intelligence created the universe is in principle nonsense.    It is not just that it isn’t as a matter of fact true.  It is not even a concept that could in theory be true.

Everything that has brain needs the process that goes on in the brain.  We just happen to arbitrarily classify some of those processes as parts of a vaguely defined and made up concept called intelligence.

You keep asking "who' did things that no one did, but you also reject any "who" that actually did do something so long as that who isn't the meat fairy.
