And, like Boru, letting go.  I never hold a grudge any longer than absolutely necessary.  Though I think Botu has more reason than me.

My eye is just the most blatant case.  As a more prosaic example, someone cut me off in traffic two months ago and I’m still fuming about it. The missus says it’s a wonder I don’t have the blood pressure of a hummingbird on angel dust.
