Here is an example from 2016, here.  Basically it's just a extrapolation of the information given in the chart.  I suppose I could do the work for you, but I'm not really inclined.  If I find an example on the web where somebody has already done the work, I will post it.

Funny, I can read and understand Hitchens and Dawkins, but this bracket stuff is lost on me. My late friend Bob, from Australia, always had a hard time even understanding the down system, although he loved listening to me blow a gasket when my Skins blew chunks. And he knew far more about science and was an engineer.
