As it stands, most are overpopulated it's a mixed bag when it comes to the character of the inmates. If an officer or guard does something without others knowing, then that is on them. Maybe last out at that person instead.1. He clearly didn't so that's not an assumption

Your opinion. Mine is different than yours. Neither is better or worse.
If I ever become a super villain, you have my permission to throw me in a dungeon with rats, and feed me stale bread. Maybe if I ever leave that dungeon, I'll cease being a villain because I had some time to ponder my decisions. Give me cable TV and a playground, and I'll spend less time pondering, and more time playing basketball while catching up on episodes of Friends.

That's the job.
Stop.
Right, and if someone rapes someone and we know it to be fact, then I say get out the scissors. He wasn't the one who supposedly raped the woman, and there's no indication that he even knew about it until after it supposedly happened. From what I've read so far, the woman reported it after the fact, but I'm not 100 percent on the timeline of everything from the few sources I've read. What I do know is that the man who was accused resigned from his position. The jail was sued since it supposedly happened under its roof.
