Rob, you just need to let the condensation do its thing. I grew up in a large farmhouse in which we only heated the living room with a wood stove during the winter. My bedroom was as far from the heated part of the house as you could get. The windows in my bedroom would accumulate super thick layers of condensation with beautiful crystal patterns. I couldn't see out of my windows all winter long. There is no way that I could have removed the condensation. And even if I had, it would have come right back.
Edit because I realized you already said you were getting double pane.

We do not inherit the world from our parents. We borrow it from our children.
