You'd have to shop for a very specific kind of "physician" to certify "baby is black" as substantially or irremediably impairing the mental or physical health of the woman. The unlicensed kind....which, for reference, can't perform an abortion at any time for any reason.
Not that such "physicians" don't exist..ofc.....their business is protected by the insistence of forced birthers.
