Part of me wants to say no, they went to fight a war of terrorism. The other part wants to say yes, at least for the ones that are victims. And there are children that don't deserve to suffer from actions of the parents.
If repatriated I'm sure they'd need to face charges in their respective nation. If not, what happens to them, death?
