I didn't mean any trickery. I was making a point about the dismissive nature of people on these forums. Rather than embracing opposing views and building a constructive argument, they tell people to "fuck off".

Carry on in your own special word. I just want it noted that I'm an atheist and I'm nothing like you guys. You're idiots.

You should consider that a lot of atheists (including some of those in the forums) "enjoy" very stupid christians that were made to believe through parental indoctrination - or whatever the hell you may call it - in their everyday life. For example, I am visiting a christian school and I have met lots of people with religious views that you would never think are even possible to be considered. When every good argument against diehard creationists bounces off their will to believe in God or any other transcendent being, the day comes were you abandon your faith in humans being generally able to debate with each other, no matter how much their views might differ. This is why some people here just stopped debating, because they "heard the same shit" over and over again.

For my part, I actually share your views and in my opinion there are certain questions that, so far, I could only answer by assuming that there is a God (which does by no means prove him). However, most Christians I know don't know or have never even thought about these questions and rather believe because they found a friend in Jesus or are used to have a reliable social community that would not exist without belief God (which is why I sometimes still debate with them).
