I'd assume because atheist are generally people and can be compassionate, and that they don't really care what Christians unless it affects them.
Now I can see a shit ton of reasons for anti-thesits would not want to assist. But I've already gotten one anti-theist to contribute. I'm just trying to stem hatred where I can in my own personal social circle. Feel free not to contribute, it's just a poll for an opinion.
I'm not anti-theist, but trying to covert by promotion, rather than attraction, has never set well with me.
