We don't define God as anything, pal. If I was ever to have a proper debate with somebody on the matter, one of the first things I would ask them to do is define their God. The next thing would be to prove it.
I think it's fair to say that most theists mean a broadly similar thing when they say God, whatever their particular flavour. If they mean something wildly different, they'll need to define it and back it up.
If you wish to say of my atheism that 'Every God I have been presented with, I have found no evidence to support belief in it' then suit yourself. I just think it's silly to adopt this position.
If you are referring to an anthropermorphic god in mythos without any supernatural attributes then that's something you can claim to not believe in.
If they claim to believe in a "supernatural god", then saying you don't believe in it is irrational. Why? The "it" is meaningless.
