I said a 16 or 17 year old female baby sitter had spontanious sex with a very mature 10 year old. the question was is this rape. if so (second part of the question) should the 16 year old girl be thrown into federal prison made to do the max the gov allows and then upon release be viewed as a state mandated sexual predator.
