I do not answer questionaires about my atheism,lest invalid inferences be drawn.
An atheist is simply a person who does not believe in gods,period. NOTHING else is implied or may be inferred.
For me the term 'new atheism' is a sound bite,without any specific meaning. Nor do clever polemicists such as Dawkins and Hitchens speak for me.
"As an atheist" I have no opinion on ANY other topic other than the existence of gods. As a skeptic,secularist, egoist,cynic,realist and misanthrope,I have opinions on most things.I have no doubt most of my opinions are either incomplete or wrong.
It is also worth noting that (in my opinion) atheists on atheist forums are atypical of the general population in several ways. For that reason any poll or questioniare targeting atheists would give skewed results.
