Heh, its history in the US. Sure there is some racism here in Portugal, from a minority. Bottom line, black or white here have to struggle the same if poor and cops generally don't shoot people.
I was once with a black friend doing drugs ( old times long past), and the cops caught us. At the time it wasn't decriminalised, using drugs, so they said: gentlemen, you are being detained. Please take a seat on the back of the car.
They didn't even put handcuffs on us. Well we were cooperative as the judge later said.
