Mr. Simon's generation of music is the last truly great generation of music. Sure, in the following decades there have been many talented artists, just nowhere near the magnitude that they were at the end of the '60s into the early '70s.

The '50 were indeed great. Perhaps I wasn't clear in the point I was attempting to get across. Modern music is pretty awful. While there are certainly very bright spots in this otherwise gloomy mess that passes as music today.
Was it Jerry Orbach that asked you to leave BSB IV?
