And, frankly I don’t care.
Simply put, having a pet requires a certain amount of commitment in both time and resources.
If you’re not prepared to make that commitment, don’t get a pet.
Where I am there are “people” who seen to make a habit of abandoning cats. I’ve adopted three strays over the past 5 years and one of my current cats I adopted after he was abandoned about 6 years ago.
People who abandon animals should be left naked in the middle of the desert in winter but, again, that’s my opinion
