We do not have "faith". "Faith" is the illogical position, that inquiry and curiosity is less important than wishful thinking.

If "faith" was all there was to our species existence, our species never would have left the caves. Doubting and questioning is why we have modern technology, modern medicine, a modern understanding of biology, our planet and the universe. Let's review what you were claiming Drich. Admittedly you did say "So in a sense" ... but even being this generous, absolutely everything  else was wrong.

You claimed it would last until the components wore out 100K years from now.

You claimed it provides free nuclear power.

You claimed it did not use fuel.

Plus the hilarious claim about tear and wear.

until ca. #134 he believed a perpetual motion machine just needs to "run forever", and i bet he thought geothermal energy would be the solution, because, it will last so long, almost forever. . He didn tknow that being fueled forom the outside disqualifies his machine from being a perpetual motion machine, and he didnt realize that forever is literally for-fucking-ever. He didnt (and still doesnt) know shit about thermal thermodynamics. Hence his hysterical post:

Until #153, he definitely (still) believed that wear and tear are excluded in the energy balance, yet wear and tear is the main problem for any (real) attempt of a (real) perpetual motion machine (not the bullshit-normal-machine being externally fueled like the engine of my car, which also has been explained ot him multiple times). Any machine with wear and tear can not, fundamentally not, be a perpetual motion machine (like any maching being fueled from the outside of the boundaries of its closed system). It definitely has escaped him until #153

wear and tear would consume the machine before the radiation of the core would stop producing enough heat to cause a fuel failure.

Meaning core fails with in 10 years all life ends, yet the machine will continue on till the bearing fails, or a pipe develops a leak or a rubber oring cracks and fails or 1000 other wear and tear things happens... which again is included in the defination.

Meaning the definition of perpetual motion machine makes allowances for wear and tear. which again will hapen long long before the machine runs out of fuel/heat.
