I have been fishing since I was a kid. Grew up near Boston, Mass. Rivers, brooks, and off shore. In the '60s there were still plenty of Cod. I have fished for Yellowtail tuna off the West coast, Sheepdhead, Dorado, Mako shark. Arizona for trout , bass, and cats. I now live in Kentucky. The fun places around here are reclaimed strip mines. When they are done done torturing the land they fill the pits with water and stock them. They seed the land too with forage and stock with turkey, Bobwhites. Some of these pits are small, 1/4 acre but might be 90ft deep 15ft off shore. Each one is a little different. Crappie, many varieties of bream, bass, cats. My favorite bait for cats is a live bluegill.
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!
