Not sure how to describe it, but on places like Youtube and even in TV reporting video clips are being edited to cloud the sides of the screen and have only the center of the clip clear, like they were making it look like the screen of a cell phone. In any case, I find that fucking annoying. 

Especially when I am watching TV news. I am not on my damned cell phone.
