The Ethiopian, prolly. I've very much grown to like Ethiopian coffee. But I hate to sound like some kind of coffee quaffing, douchebag hipster. I mean, pretty much everyone in Ethiopia has known this for centuries. I mean. If anything, they're the true hipsters. They liked Ethiopian coffee before it was cool.
