Sure insults hurt bobs wellbeing, leave him agitated and more likely to be be more irritable and mean to others, maybe even feel depressed or worthless, raise his blood pressure and stress levels, cause him to binge eat unhealthy foods etc...
Insulting people can fuel resentment in them. In fact we prohibit such behavior among teachers, in the workplace etc.. as a result. Call one of your coworkers delusional and you’ll likely get fired, for fostering an unhealthy workplace.
There’s no agreed upon definition of wellbeing, that excludes such an example as an inappropriate use of the term, in fact we can use such an example and agree on the ways Bob wellbeing is impacted by insults, without having to agree on the morality of insulting him.
