There is no such line in MacBeth. This is the second time I've had to correct you on this.

"full of sound and furry signifying nothing" IS MOST CERTAINLY A LINE IN THAT PLAY/SCENE!

"Told by an idiot" preceded those words.

Quote Macbeth Act 5, Scene 5.... Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player

That struts and frets his hour upon the stage

And then is heard no more: it is a tale

Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,

Signifying nothing.

Ok I got the exact words wrong, but the sentiment is the same.

Life ends for both the good guy and bad guy.

And of course, the exact words don't matter when quoting a play.

-'Yo, Romeo - sup wid dat name?'

-'On this, our Shiny Cripple's Day!'

-'Etude, Brucius?'

-'Yon Cassilus has a mean and angry fork.'

-'Oh, beware, my lord, of jellybeans.'

For the record, MacBeth is lamenting the death of his wife, and is contemplating his own suicide.  THAT's what the passage means.
